For 3 months, I led my team into making a Mobile Web App that provides a family company a digital solution to their delivery system.
I loved being a team leader since I get to manage schedules and promote good working environments, resulting in a product that actually helps people in their day-to-day life.
This experience ignited my passion in using technology and integrating my leadership skills into essentially proving that the tech scene can be healthy and efficient at the same time—breaking the stereotype that it is usually stressful due to time crunches and unequal work distribution.
In the future, I am looking to work on similar projects and take similar roles.
